Carnival Pride Dining Guide: Included Food and Paid Options

On Carnival Pride, give Normandie a proper dinner, try a BlueIguana breakfast burrito and keep Guy’s, the deli and pizza ready for easier meals.

Pay for Fahrenheit 555 when you want a steakhouse evening, Bonsai for sushi, or Chef’s Table when the hosted experience is the reason for the reservation.

Short version

Use Normandie, buffet meals, BlueIguana breakfast, Guy’s, deli and pizza before buying extras. Choose Fahrenheit 555 for a steakhouse evening or Chef’s Table for the hosted format; continental room-service breakfast is included, other orders cost extra, and published specialty totals already include service.

Normandie Restaurant

Normandie is Pride’s single main dining room, with included waiter service and assigned early, assigned late or Your Time Dining according to the booking. Dinner menus change nightly, while port-day breakfast and sea-day brunch provide the main seated daytime services.

Read the nightly menu before buying another dinner, particularly on a night when its seafood, pasta or vegetarian choice appeals. You can enjoy a different meal in the same included room without needing a specialty reservation.

Mermaid’s Grille

Mermaid’s Grille is the Lido buffet operation for breakfast, lunch and dinner during posted hours. It combines buffet stations with nearby casual counters, but those counters retain their own menus and schedules.

Walk the full serving area before filling a plate, then use the daily hours to find what is open between meals. The buffet and its nearby counters have different menus, so compare them before joining the first line.

Guy’s Burger Joint

Guy’s is the included poolside lunch counter for burgers, fries and toppings. Start with Plain Jane for a simpler burger, or compare The Ringer when barbecue sauce and a crispy onion ring are what you want.

It is a lunch concept rather than an all-day diner. Try an earlier lunch when your schedule allows, and eat the burger while it is fresh.

BlueIguana Cantina

BlueIguana serves included breakfast and lunch, with breakfast burritos, tacos and lunch burritos prepared around the counter’s menu. Use the salsa bar to make the meal suit your taste rather than automatically adding the hottest choice.

Choose breakfast here when a made-to-order burrito suits the morning better than a buffet plate. Check the opening time against the shore-excursion meeting before making it the family’s port-day plan.

Carnival Deli and Pizza Pirate

Carnival Deli is the included lunch-and-dinner sandwich counter, with hot and cold sandwiches and later service than many lunch venues. Pizza Pirate is the included pizza counter for pies such as Margherita, Funghi, Prosciutto, Pepperoni and Quattro Formaggi with Caesar salad.

These are the late casual backups, not full-service restaurants. Check the daily hours because neither name alone guarantees around-the-clock service.

Chef’s Table

Choose Chef’s Table for a small hosted multicourse evening with a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres, a galley component and dishes beyond the regular menus. Give it a clear evening rather than booking another fixed event immediately afterward.

Chef’s Table is for guests age 12 and older, with limited seats worth reserving early. Budget the published Pride benchmark of $148.80 per person, including the 20% service charge and excluding separately ordered bar beverages.

The fee and format can change, so Manage My Cruise remains the final authority. Reserve early when the hosted experience is the goal, and keep a normal dinner available if the offered date does not suit the itinerary.

Choose Fahrenheit 555 for the steak you want

Fahrenheit 555 is Carnival Pride’s steakhouse for steaks, seafood, a starter, salad, entrée and dessert. Budget the published $62.40 adult benchmark, or $18 for a child age 11 or younger ordering from the children’s menu, with the 20% service charge included.

Beverages ordered through bar service cost extra, and reservations are recommended. Choose it for the food and a table with your own group; compare Chef’s Table when meeting a smaller hosted party is part of the appeal.

Look for the 9-ounce filet mignon when you prefer a smaller steak, or the 18-ounce rib-eye when its richer cut appeals. Maine lobster bisque and stuffed mushrooms are published starter examples, while the chocolate sphere is a dessert worth comparing if you enjoy a more elaborate finish.

Read the sample steakhouse menu before booking, then use the sailing’s menu for the actual selection. You do not need a steak to enjoy the restaurant: seafood, lamb and other choices may suit someone in the group better.

Use the aft elevators for the lower restaurant entrance on Deck 10. Our Pride deck guide helps you avoid crossing the exposed upper deck in dinner clothes when another route is easier.

Bonsai Sushi

Bonsai Sushi on Deck 2 is an additional-cost lunch or dinner option, with sushi, sashimi, rolls, soup, sides and desserts ordered from the actual menu. It can suit a smaller appetite without making a whole evening revolve around a multicourse reservation.

Try the California Roll for a familiar crab, avocado and cucumber combination, or the Tempura Roll when fried shrimp appeals. Compare Spicy Tuna or the Bang Bang Bonsai Roll when their ingredients suit you, with the sailing’s menu controlling the choices.

Room service

Room service provides an included continental-breakfast option, with other food ordered from a priced menu. The morning breakfast service runs from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. under current guidance and is unavailable on the final morning.

Choose the free continental breakfast when a quiet cabin morning helps, then read the total before ordering other items. Delivered bar beverages have their own charges and 20% service, and a delivery gratuity is discretionary.

Save room for the smaller included treats

Swirls provides included soft-serve ice cream and frozen yogurt, with the current guidance listing service from 11 a.m. to midnight. Check the counter’s posted hours before promising a late cone, and keep priced café products separate from the soft-serve stop.

Look for Tea Time when an afternoon with tea, cookies and pastries sounds enjoyable. It is a scheduled main-restaurant service, so find the day’s listing rather than expecting the room to serve it whenever you wander in.

For an ordinary drink, Lido provides included non-specialty coffee and tea, lemonade and unsweetened iced tea. Those can make a simple counter lunch inexpensive without buying soda, bottled water or specialty coffee automatically.

For a family with different appetites, agree on the next shared meal and use a small snack to bridge the gap. You can enjoy pizza or a cone without turning every afternoon stop into another full meal before a steakhouse dinner.

Compare the final totals before reserving

For two adults, the published steakhouse benchmark totals $124.80, while Pride’s Chef’s Table benchmark totals $297.60. Both quoted figures include the 20% service charge, so do not add that percentage again when using those totals.

Read the current dining guidance alongside the booking total. The restaurant page may display the base cover, while the help guidance includes service; the reservation screen is the amount you can actually buy for the voyage.

Bonsai has an à la carte model instead, so price the rolls and other dishes your group wants and include the applicable service charge. Order a little first if appetite is uncertain, rather than buying a large selection just because the menu offers it.

The current cancellation policy charges the full Chef’s Table price for a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show. Keep the reserved date clear and change it promptly when plans stop working, with the actual booking terms controlling other restaurant cancellations.

Keep a simple food plan for port days

Before an early excursion, compare Normandie’s offered breakfast with BlueIguana and the Lido buffet hours. A seated meal is enjoyable when there is time for it; a quick counter or continental breakfast can be easier when the meeting point is close.

For a late return, check the remaining main-room and buffet service before paying for an extra meal. The deli or pizza may fit a small appetite, while a substantial dinner needs a venue still serving that evening.

On a sea day, use brunch when a slower morning appeals and keep room for dinner. Our Pride planning tips guide helps you fit meals around shows and family pickup times.

Leave one dinner flexible at the beginning of the cruise. An appealing main-room menu, delayed excursion or convenient Bonsai stop can then decide the evening without disrupting a series of prepaid plans.

Tell the dining team what your group needs

Notify Carnival about a serious dietary requirement before sailing, then discuss the details with the dining team after boarding. At a buffet or made-to-order counter, ask about the actual preparation and cross-contact rather than assuming the main-room conversation covers every order.

Families can use included burgers, tacos, burritos, sandwiches, pizza, buffet meals and Normandie without buying specialty nights for every person. Chef’s Table requires age 12 or older, while the steakhouse’s child price applies to the children’s menu for ages 11 and under.

For your normal dinner, choose assigned early, assigned late or Your Time Dining according to the arrangements available on the reservation. Link traveling companions’ bookings when you need to eat together, and confirm the setup before the first busy evening.

A suite has priority dining-time assignment under its current benefits, rather than a separate private main restaurant. Our Pride cabin choices guide helps compare the room perks without paying for food access you already have.

Keep drinks separate from the included meals and check specialty coffee, juices and packaged products against the menu or purchased benefit. A full food plan is available in the fare, while the optional purchases should earn their place through what your group enjoys.

How this guide was researched

Food inclusions, reservation fees, and service charges come from Carnival’s dining and room-service guidance, with venue locations matched to the ship’s plan. Menus and serving hours can change, so use HUB aboard for the day’s choices.
