Celebrity Solstice Restaurant Guide: Included Food and Specialty Dining
Let Celebrity Solstice’s included restaurants cover ordinary meals, then choose a paid dinner for the cuisine and occasion you want.
The renewed lineup adds Trattoria Rossa and Fine Cut Steakhouse while keeping Murano, so your reservation plan needs the current venues rather than an old restaurant list.
Short version
Use Grand Epernay for served meals, Oceanview Café for flexibility, and the grill and cafés for daytime variety; reserve a specialty meal only after checking the menu, full charge, and timing.
Grand Epernay: keep one unhurried served dinner in the plan
Grand Epernay occupies the aft main-restaurant space on Decks 3 and 4 and is the included dinner foundation for ordinary stateroom bookings. Choose it when your group wants to sit together, be served, and enjoy a meal without arranging a separate specialty purchase.
Check your assigned dining arrangement and the day’s menu before planning a theater performance around dinner. Give the meal enough time rather than asking the server to compress several courses into a narrow gap, and use a faster included option when the evening is already crowded.
Try the dishes that appeal on the actual rotating menu rather than insisting on an old online photograph. If a main course is not suitable, ask what alternatives are available before leaving for a paid restaurant you had not intended to book.

Oceanview Café: build a meal, then choose the seat
Oceanview Café is aft on Deck 14, giving you a flexible buffet option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when open. Walk through the available stations before filling the first plate, then choose a combination that feels like a meal rather than repeating the same familiar items every day.
Use it after a late return from port or before a show when speed matters more than table service. Check the actual serving windows, since access to the room or nearby seats does not mean every food station remains open throughout the afternoon.
For a group, agree on a table or visible meeting spot before separating to collect food. Keep the walk and elevator route in mind if someone needs help carrying a tray or becomes tired after an excursion.
Mast Grill and Spa Café: choose by appetite
Mast Grill is on Deck 14 along the upper pool route, with included casual burgers suited to a straightforward lunch. Use it when you want something hot and familiar without changing for a restaurant meal, and check the line before committing to a short break between activities.
Spa Café is on Deck 12 beside the Solarium route, offering a lighter included food alternative. Start with its available food when you want a smaller lunch, and check any juice or other beverage charge separately from the fact that the café’s food is included.
Both are included food choices, with different serving windows and menus. Choose the venue for the appetite and location of the moment rather than treating either as an all-day replacement for the buffet.

Sunset Park Cafe: try breakfast or a smaller outdoor lunch
Sunset Park Cafe is part of the public aft Deck 15 park, with included food such as breakfast sandwiches, overnight oats, hot sandwiches, and salads. Keep it in the rotation when you want a smaller meal and an outdoor setting instead of another buffet visit.
Look for warm cookie hour in the day’s program rather than building your schedule around a fixed time from another sailing. Check the weather before carrying a meal outside, and keep an indoor alternative for wind, rain, or a day when the seating does not suit your group.
Food inclusion does not make every accompanying coffee, cocktail, or other drink free. Check the displayed beverage price and your package entitlement before ordering, particularly when a convenient café stop becomes a repeated daily expense.
Café al Bacio: separate pastries from the coffee bill
Café al Bacio on Deck 5 is a useful meeting place for a pastry and a seat between other plans. The ordinary pastries are included, while specialty coffees and teas are separately charged unless your booking or package covers the order; gelato is a separate paid purchase.
Choose it for a relaxed pause rather than expecting the café name to mean one all-inclusive menu. If a specialty coffee will become a daily habit, include the complete drink charge in your package comparison instead of counting only alcoholic drinks.
Its position near the aft bank makes a convenient stop before the specialty restaurant area. Use our deck guide to connect the café, Ensemble Lounge, and your dinner destination without changing levels unnecessarily.
Trattoria Rossa: choose it for pasta and an Italian evening
Trattoria Rossa is the renewed ship’s Italian specialty restaurant in the aft Deck 5 complex. Choose it when fresh pasta and an Italian dinner appeal to the whole table, rather than treating the newest venue as a compulsory first reservation.
Make Trattoria Rossa the main event of the evening when pasta and tableside service are the attraction. Choose a comfortable gap after the shore return, and leave the next performance optional so the meal can unfold at its intended pace.
Read the complete booking total, including any premium dish, cocktail or wine supplement, before reserving. A good specialty meal is easier to value when the final price and time both suit the group.

Fine Cut Steakhouse: make the steak dinner deliberate
Fine Cut is the paid steakhouse choice on Deck 5, with steak and seafood formats worth comparing for a celebration. Look at the sample steak menu for a wedge salad, crab cake, filet or ribeye, and sides such as spinach and truffle fries when deciding whether this is your kind of dinner.
Use that sample to decide whether the cuisine appeals, then confirm the ship’s current cuts, supplements, and total price at booking. Premium aged steaks and additional entrees may carry extra charges, so the restaurant cover should not be mistaken for unrestricted ordering.
Keep a clear evening for the meal and ask about the included sides before ordering extras. If only one traveler wants steak, compare the non-steak choices with the other specialty restaurants before using the whole group’s dining budget here.

Murano: give a French-style dinner room to unfold
Murano remains in the aft Deck 5 restaurant complex and suits a more deliberate dinner with classic French influences and tableside dishes. Choose it for the meal itself when you want an occasion that feels different from a quick buffet or ordinary served dinner.
Use the Murano sample menu to compare lobster bisque, mushroom risotto, Dover sole, a chateaubriand for two, and the signature lobster preparation. Confirm the actual onboard menu and any supplement before deciding which shared dish or tableside element will anchor your evening.
A wine-pairing or tasting format is a different purchase from an ordinary dinner reservation. Ask exactly what the quoted amount includes, especially if one guest drinks little or your beverage package has its own limits.
Sushi on Five: a flexible paid order with its own limits
Sushi on Five is on the port side of Deck 5 near the aft bank and charges for an à la carte order. It can suit a smaller meal or travelers who want different amounts of food, provided you check the open hours and current menu before counting it as a quick option.
Sample choices include chicken gyoza, shrimp tempura rolls, vegetable rolls, and ramen, so compare cooked and non-sushi items when the table has different preferences. Tell the staff about allergies before ordering, particularly when seafood, sauces, or shared preparation surfaces need attention.
A dining package gives a defined food allowance rather than permission to order without limit. Check the credit, supplements, and drinks separately, then compare the actual order total with paying directly for the meal you want.
Blu and Luminae: match the restaurant to your room benefits
Blu provides breakfast and dinner for AquaClass guests, while Luminae is the Retreat restaurant beside the lower aft dining area. Choose the eligible venue as part of the room’s daily routine, rather than paying for an unrelated package just because the restaurant appears on a ship list.
Our best cabins guide compares those dining benefits with ordinary veranda rooms and suites. Count how many breakfasts and dinners you expect to enjoy there before deciding whether a room upgrade is better value than a selected cabin plus one paid occasion.
Confirm any special access arrangement directly instead of relying on an old general suite caveat. A room benefit and a public specialty reservation are different ways of obtaining a meal, with different eligibility and spending decisions.
Dining packages: compare usable reservations and the full price
Current dining package terms add a 20% gratuity at purchase and give a $50 dinner food credit or $35 lunch food credit at eligible à la carte restaurants. Beverages, supplements, wine pairings, and spending beyond the allowance need separate consideration.
Compare the complete package cost with the particular meals you want, including whether lunch venues will be open on your itinerary. Do not fill unwanted evenings merely to use a bundle, and check reservation availability before treating the advertised saving as a guaranteed useful plan.
Use our first-day tips to organize meal reservations early, and keep the cancellation terms with your purchase confirmation. Change a meal promptly when the itinerary or your plans change, rather than leaving an unused reservation to become a charge or a wasted included visit.
Room service: combine the order and check the breakfast section
Ordinary charged room service currently has a $9.95 per-order fee plus 20%, or $11.94 before any separately charged items. Continental breakfast from the designated section is included from 6–11 a.m. except disembarkation day, so keep the order within that section when avoiding a delivery charge.
The Retreat and Zenith guests have stated complimentary room-service benefits; confirm any other waiver against your own entitlement and the ordering screen. The full onboard FAQ describes the fee as per order, which makes one coordinated family order more sensible than several small separate requests.
Report dietary requirements before sailing and speak with the restaurant team early, then repeat allergies when ordering. Choose meals and timings that leave everyone comfortable, with the included venues doing the everyday work and paid dinners adding the occasions you actually want.
How this guide was researched
We compared the renewed ship’s numbered deck plans with its current room, restaurant, activity and service descriptions. Recommendations distinguish actual room positions, included benefits and paid choices; menus, performances and operating details follow the sailing.
