Resilient Lady Restaurant Guide: Included Food and Specialty Dining

Resilient Lady makes restaurant dining part of the fare, so you can choose between steak, Italian, Mexican, Korean barbecue, and a tasting menu without buying a specialty package.

Book the meals whose format appeals most to you, then use The Galley, The Dock, and the casual counters to keep breakfast and lunch easy.

Short version: Choose The Wake for steak and seafood, Extra Virgin for Italian, Pink Agave for Mexican, Gunbae for a social meal, and Test Kitchen for an adventurous evening. Core food is included; reserve early and check premium items, drinks, and ShipEats charges separately.

How dining works on Resilient Lady

  • Included restaurants: The Wake, Pink Agave, Gunbae, Extra Virgin, Test Kitchen and the Razzle Dazzle space cover distinct dinner formats.
  • Breakfast and brunch: try Razzle Dazzle or The Wake when you have time for a seated meal.
  • Flexible meals: use The Galley’s food counters when everyone wants something different.
  • Extra charges: premium seafood, caviar, drinks and selected menu additions can cost more even when the core meal is included.
  • Group meals: connect friends in the app before booking the table for everyone.

Choose your dinner by the meal you want

Start with the dinners your group is excited about rather than trying to rank every restaurant from best to worst. The restaurant lineup gives you distinct choices, and the best meal depends as much on the format you enjoy as the cuisine.

The Wake

The Wake is the aft steak-and-seafood restaurant with a mid-century chophouse feel, raw-bar choices and brunch as well as dinner on the schedule. Steak, seafood and a long seated meal define the venue, while premium seafood or drinks may add cost.

Choose The Wake for a special dinner when steak or seafood is what you want, then leave enough time to enjoy the meal. Brunch is another useful way to try the room if your evenings already have plans.

Pink Agave

Pink Agave is the modern Mexican restaurant for shareable plates arranged around small, medium and large formats. Choose contrasting plates across corn, vegetables, seafood and meat rather than ordering several dishes with the same richness.

The included food is the reason to book Pink Agave, while mezcal, cocktails, and other premium drinks are separate purchases. Choose it for a lively shared meal, and ask about the menu if one traveler needs milder dishes or particular dietary options.

Gunbae

Gunbae is the Korean barbecue room with shared grills, communal tables and a social meal structure. Grilled meat, seafood or vegetables, banchan and interactive table games make the format more important than any single dish.

Reserve it early when a group wants the shared experience, and tell the team about allergies before food reaches the grill. This is not a quiet independent-table dinner, so the seating style should be part of the decision.

Extra Virgin

Extra Virgin is the Italian choice for antipasti, handmade pasta, and a familiar sit-down dinner. It is an easy first reservation when your group wants a more straightforward meal than Test Kitchen or the shared-table experience at Gunbae.

Share a starter or two, then choose the pasta or main course you actually want rather than ordering several dishes because they are included. Leave room for dessert, and check any premium additions before agreeing to them.

The Test Kitchen

The Test Kitchen is an experimental tasting restaurant that presents courses through an ingredient-led sequence. The menu and sequence can rotate, so reserve it for curiosity and pacing rather than one photographed dish from an older sailing.

Leave the full evening free when you book Test Kitchen so you can enjoy its sequence without checking the time between courses. Tell the restaurant about dietary restrictions early, since changing a tasting menu needs more discussion than choosing another dish from a long menu.

Razzle Dazzle by Night

Razzle Dazzle by Night is Resilient’s New American dinner option, with vegetable-forward dishes and comfort-food favorites. Sample choices highlighted by Virgin include short-rib pastrami and Nashville hot cauliflower, which show the style without guaranteeing an identical menu on every departure.

Choose Razzle Dazzle by Night when those flavors sound appealing, especially for a group that wants both plant-based choices and indulgent comfort food. The same room serves daytime breakfast or brunch, so you can try it again for a different kind of meal.

The Galley is one food hall with several counters

The Galley is the flexible food hall to use when you do not want a long sit-down meal. You can choose from counters serving diner food, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, sushi, bakery items, noodles, and lighter bowls or salads.

Check which counters are serving before deciding what you want, since individual stations have different hours. A quick lunch is easier when you pick an open counter rather than waiting for something you saw there at another meal.

How the counters differ

Diner & Dash is the 24-hour American-diner anchor, Burger Crush handles burgers, Let’s Taco Bout It serves tacos, and Hot Off the Press covers toasted sandwiches. Bento Baby handles boxed Japanese food, Well Bread is the bakery, Noodle Around serves noodle dishes, and The Daily Mix builds lighter bowls and salads.

Walk through once before ordering so you know which food sounds best and where you will sit. On a busy excursion morning, give yourself time for an order to be prepared instead of treating made-to-order service like grabbing something from a buffet.

Razzle Dazzle by day

Razzle Dazzle is also worth trying for breakfast or brunch when you want a seated start to the day. Choose it for a relaxed morning with time to eat, rather than squeezing the reservation directly before a tour departure.

Breakfast on disembarkation day may use limited hours alongside The Wake and The Galley. Check the app rather than assuming the dinner transformation removes daytime service.

Try a casual meal away from The Galley

Choose these smaller food stops when you want to stay near an activity or enjoy a meal without a reservation. Let the location and your appetite decide whether pizza, small plates, or a light bowl fits the day.

The Pizza Place and Lick Me Till Ice Cream

The Pizza Place is the made-to-order pizza counter, while Lick Me Till Ice Cream is the scoop shop. Both are included for their standard food, but they are snack or casual-meal stops rather than reservation restaurants.

Order pizza when you have time to enjoy it fresh, especially when a full restaurant dinner does not suit the evening. Stop at the ice cream shop for a small dessert or afternoon treat, and check the posted hours before making it your late-night plan.

The Dock House and The Dock

The Dock House and its outdoor extension, The Dock, are the places to try for Mediterranean-inspired small plates and grilled bites. Choose indoors when you want the same food out of the wind, or sit outside when the weather makes the aft view part of the meal.

Use The Dock after a port day when you want a few small plates and time to talk rather than another reservation. Drinks have their own charges, so check the menu or your Bar Tab balance before ordering another round.

Sun Club Café and The Social Club Diner

Sun Club Café is the upper-deck counter for lighter bowls and casual food, while The Social Club Diner handles playful snacks and diner-style items near the games space. Each is useful because of location, not because it offers a full restaurant sequence.

Use Sun Club Café when you are already on the upper outdoor decks, and The Social Club when you want a snack during games or a casual activity. Check the hours rather than making a long trip for a counter that has finished serving.

ShipEats, Bar Tab and the real extra costs

ShipEats offers cabin or cabana delivery around the clock except on disembarkation day. Its delivery rules list a $10 fee, waived for an order of charged items totaling at least $10 or eligible RockStar accommodation.

Breakfast can be preordered by 2 a.m. for delivery from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m., except on disembarkation day. ShipEats is a delivery service with its own menu, not another physical restaurant.

Use Bar Tab credit for eligible premium beverages rather than food. Budget it for the drinks you actually expect to order, since unused credit is not a useful saving at the end of the voyage.

Core restaurant meals and essential drinks are included, while premium dishes and drinks can add to the bill. Budget for the specific extra you want instead of buying more credit or a higher fare merely because the menu offers it.

A practical reservation and meal plan

  • Book first: reserve Razzle Dazzle by Night, Test Kitchen or Gunbae when its distinctive format is a real priority.
  • Brunch: compare The Wake and Razzle Dazzle, then avoid using two bookings for nearly the same time window.
  • Sea day: use The Galley or The Dock when flexibility matters more than a long reservation.
  • Late food: identify Diner & Dash, pizza and ShipEats as separate fallbacks with different locations and costs.
  • Final night: leave room for a repeat favorite instead of reserving every evening before learning the ship.

The Wake sits aft, many reservation restaurants cluster through the middle decks, and pool or dock counters are tied to outdoor areas. Pair dinner with the evening’s neighborhood so a relaxed meal does not turn into a sprint across the ship.

For dietary restrictions, tell Virgin in advance where possible and speak to the crew at each venue. Virgin states that its kitchens are not allergen-free, so shared grills, counters and delivery orders need a direct cross-contact discussion.

Book when your fare’s dining window opens

For current bookings made under VoyageFair Choices, Lock It In and Base standard cabins open dining reservations 15 days before sailing, Essential opens at 45 days, and Premium at 60 days. RockStar and Mega RockStar dining opens at 120 days, while older bookings follow the previous windows listed in the dining reservation rules.

Reserve the meal whose format matters most first, then fill the other evenings around shows and port returns. If a time is unavailable, check again for cancellations and ask onboard about the restaurant’s waitlist instead of assuming the whole week is fully booked.

For friends in different cabins, connect everyone in the app before arranging a shared reservation. Increasing a party after booking depends on available seats, so organize the group early when eating together is important.

Leave a little room to change the plan

Resilient Lady gives you enough included food to enjoy a varied week without buying a dining package. Reserve a few dinners you want, keep casual meals flexible, and spend extra only when a premium dish or delivery service is worth it to you.

Check the app for current restaurant hours, the menu, and your next reservation before heading out. That small check is especially useful after a late port return, when a casual option may fit better than a long meal.

How this guide was researched: Virgin’s current dining FAQ, restaurant overview, Resilient ship page, published fact sheet, and Bar Tab guidance were checked. Core venue menus and sample dishes were separated from paid additions; your app confirms the actual service hours, available reservations, and charges for your departure.
