Scarlet Lady Restaurants & Dining Guide
Scarlet Lady replaces the usual main dining room with a collection of included restaurants, each built for a different mood and pace.
Reserve the must-try rooms, use The Galley and The Dock for breathing space, and avoid packing the calendar before you know your onboard rhythm.
Short version
- Included restaurants: The Wake, Pink Agave, Gunbae, Extra Virgin, Test Kitchen and the Razzle Dazzle space cover distinct dinner formats.
- Night transformation: Razzle Dazzle remains the daytime venue and becomes Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle for dinner, so it should not be counted twice as two physical restaurants.
- The Galley: its named stalls are counters inside one food hall, not a dozen independent restaurants.
- Extra charges: premium seafood, caviar, drinks and selected menu additions can cost more even when the core meal is included.
- Adult-only planning: there are no child menus or family-program logistics to solve on this adults-only line.

The full-service restaurants you should prioritize on Scarlet Lady
Scarlet Lady’s deck plan separates the core restaurants, food hall and casual counters into a deliberately unconventional dining layout.
The Wake
The Wake is the aft steak-and-seafood restaurant with a mid-century chophouse feel, raw-bar choices and brunch as well as dinner on the schedule. Steak, seafood and a long seated meal define the venue, while premium seafood or drinks may add cost.
Reserve it for brunch or a special dinner, not both automatically. Its aft location and longer pacing make it worth checking the evening show schedule before choosing a time.
Pink Agave
Pink Agave is the modern Mexican restaurant for shareable plates arranged around small, medium and large formats. Choose contrasting plates across corn, vegetables, seafood and meat rather than ordering several dishes with the same richness.
The core food is included, but mezcal, cocktails and premium beverages belong to the drink account. Book it for a lively group dinner and keep the exact menu subject to the sailing.
Gunbae
Gunbae is the Korean barbecue room with shared grills, communal tables and a social meal structure. Grilled meat, seafood or vegetables, banchan and interactive table games make the format more important than any single dish.
Reserve it early when a group wants the shared experience, and tell the team about allergies before food reaches the grill. This is not a quiet independent-table dinner, so the seating style should be part of the decision.
Extra Virgin
Extra Virgin is the Italian trattoria for antipasti, handmade pasta, seafood, meat and dessert. Share starters and choose different pastas so the table samples more of the menu without turning the included format into an over-ordering exercise.
It is the most familiar alternative when Test Kitchen or Gunbae feels too structured. Drinks and premium additions remain separate from the included core food.
The Test Kitchen
The Test Kitchen is an experimental tasting restaurant that presents courses through an ingredient-led sequence. The menu and sequence can rotate, so reserve it for curiosity and pacing rather than expecting one fixed ingredient sequence.
Protect the full evening and tell the crew about dietary restrictions in advance. A long tasting is difficult to rush and should not overlap with a fixed show.
Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle
Lucky Lotus is Scarlet Lady’s Chinese-inspired dinner transformation inside Razzle Dazzle. Representative choices include Peking duck bao buns, stir-fried noodles and sweet-and-sour blossoming fish, though menus can change.
Reserve Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle as the ship-specific dinner priority when that cuisine appeals. The room remains Razzle Dazzle by day, so the correct inventory is one physical venue with different meal-period concepts.

The Galley is one food hall with several counters
The Galley is Virgin’s made-to-order food hall, not a conventional self-service buffet. Diner & Dash, Burger Crush, Let’s Taco Bout It, Hot Off the Press, Bento Baby, Well Bread, Noodle Around and The Daily Mix are counters within that shared room.
Counting the building and every stall as equal restaurants inflates the inventory. The useful question is which counter is open and what it serves during breakfast, lunch, dinner or the late period.
How the counters differ
Diner & Dash is the 24-hour American-diner anchor, Burger Crush handles burgers, Let’s Taco Bout It serves tacos, and Hot Off the Press covers toasted sandwiches. Bento Baby handles boxed Japanese food, Well Bread is the bakery, Noodle Around serves noodle dishes, and The Daily Mix builds lighter bowls and salads.
Walk the complete room before ordering, then choose one main direction rather than assembling a random plate from every counter. Each dish is prepared to order, and opening times can differ even while The Galley itself is active.
Razzle Dazzle by day
Razzle Dazzle remains a daytime breakfast and brunch restaurant with vegetable-forward and indulgent choices. Its evening identity changes by ship, which is why the daytime room and nighttime concept need separate descriptions but not duplicate venue counts.
Breakfast on disembarkation day may use limited hours alongside The Wake and The Galley. Check the app rather than assuming the dinner transformation removes daytime service.

Casual food beyond The Galley
The Pizza Place and Lick you Till Ice Cream
The Pizza Place is the made-to-order pizza counter, while Lick you Till Ice Cream is the scoop shop. Both are included for their standard food, but they are snack or casual-meal stops rather than reservation restaurants.
Order pizza when it can be eaten fresh and use ice cream as dessert rather than counting either as another full dinner. Posted hours matter more than a broad “all included” label.
The Dock House and The Dock
The Dock House is the indoor lounge and The Dock is its outdoor extension, with Mediterranean-inspired small plates and grilled bites. Their food service is tied to the lounge and deck setting, so the two names should not automatically become two unrelated restaurants.
This is the best flexible late-afternoon route when a full booking would be too much. Premium drinks are separate and should be paid through the onboard account or Bar Tab.
Sun Club Café and The Social Club Diner
Sun Club Café is the upper-deck counter for lighter bowls and casual food, while The Social Club Diner handles playful snacks and diner-style items near the games space. Each is useful because of location, not because it offers a full restaurant sequence.
Pair Sun Club with pool time and Social Club with an activity stop. Check the app because weather, itinerary and meal period can change the practical value.

ShipEats, Bar Tab and the real extra costs
ShipEats provides 24-hour cabin or cabana delivery except on disembarkation day. It charges $10 for delivery, but waives the fee when charged items total at least $10 or when the guest stays in RockStar Quarters.
Breakfast can be preordered by 2 AM for delivery from 5 AM to 11 AM, except on disembarkation day. ShipEats is a delivery service with its own menu, not another physical restaurant.
Bar Tab is prepaid credit for chargeable beverages. It is not a dining package, cannot pay for food, and any unused credit is nonrefundable at the end of the voyage.
Core restaurant food, essential drinks and standard casual food are included, while premium dishes and premium beverages can cost more. Budget for the specific extras wanted instead of inventing a dining-package comparison for a line that does not sell food that way.
A practical reservation and meal plan
- Book first: reserve Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle, Test Kitchen or Gunbae when its distinctive format is a real priority.
- Brunch: compare The Wake and Razzle Dazzle, then avoid using two bookings for nearly the same time window.
- Sea day: use The Galley or The Dock when flexibility matters more than a long reservation.
- Late food: identify Diner & Dash, pizza and ShipEats as separate fallbacks with different locations and costs.
- Final night: leave room for a repeat favorite instead of reserving every evening before learning the ship.
The Wake sits aft, many reservation restaurants cluster through the middle decks, and pool or dock counters are tied to outdoor areas. Pair dinner with the evening’s neighborhood so a relaxed meal does not turn into a sprint across the ship.
For dietary restrictions, tell Virgin in advance where possible and speak to the crew at each venue. The kitchens are not allergen-free, so shared grills, counters and delivery orders need a direct cross-contact discussion.
Common counting and planning errors
- Do not count The Galley and every stall as equal independent restaurants.
- Do not count Razzle Dazzle and Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle as two physical rooms.
- Do not add child-menu or family-program advice to an adults-only line.
- Do not confuse Bar Tab beverage credit with included food or ShipEats charges.
- Do not present a premium-item price as the cost of the whole included restaurant.

Continue planning with the things to do, cruise tips.
How this guide was researched: This guide was checked against the cruise line’s current ship pages, deck plans, venue listings, and published policies. Details can change by sailing, so confirm booking-sensitive prices, hours, access rules, and cabin assignments before payment.

Bottom line
Scarlet Lady offers enough included food to make conventional dining-package math irrelevant. Reserve the truly distinct full-service meals, use The Galley and casual counters for flexibility, and budget only for premium dishes, drinks and ShipEats conditions that actually apply.
App hours, reservation inventory, menus and charged-item prices belong to the voyage. Treat each Galley stall as part of one food hall and each marked charge as a separate purchase.
Scarlet Lady dining and Bar Tab
Scarlet Lady’s restaurant layout centers the included dining model instead of one main dining room. Reservations follow dining terms, while Bar Tab remains beverage credit rather than food credit.
Leave space in Scarlet Lady’s calendar
The Galley makes a smart first lunch because everyone can test the made-to-order format without committing to a long meal. The Dock then offers a completely different, slower way to snack near the water.
The Wake belongs on a night when steak, seafood and a polished room suit the mood, while Gunbae should be chosen for its lively communal energy. Reserving by atmosphere makes more sense than ranking every included restaurant from expensive to inexpensive.
Hold one dinner slot until after trying the first few rooms. It can absorb a port delay, a repeat request or an opening at the restaurant that proved hardest to book.
